Returns

At Blake Candle Company, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with returns under the following guidelines:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact, and returned.
• Returns requested within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping charges.
• Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit, minus shipping charges.
• Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Non clothing items are not eligible for a return.
• Once a return is approved a return label will be issued to you.
